Walk with Mary
Organised by the Combined Societies of Mary.
The celebration Walk with Mary was held yesterday at St. Patrick's Cathedral in Melbourne. It started with with prayers and the Holy Rosary followed by a Mass by the Most Rev. Mark Edwards Auxiliary Bishop of Melbourne.
The Right Rev. Dr. Andreas Loewe, Dean of St. Paul's Anglican Cathedral of Melbourne and The Right Rev. Bishop Lindsay Urwin were also present.
The Knights of St. Peter & St. Paul were invited to take part in the celebration.
Afterwards a street procession took place from St. Patrick's Cathedral to St. Paul's Anglican Cathedral in Flinders Street, were the final prayers were said.
It was a very beautiful celebration and people attended by the hundreds. The procession was so long, it reminded me of the story when Moses led the Israelites out of Egypt.
Most of the Knights of St. Peter & St. Paul attended the 90th. birthday celebration of Fr. Luciano Rocchi at St. Anthony's Church in Hawthorne.
