Luis Antonio Gokim Tagle (born June 21, 1957) is a Filipino Cardinal of the Roman Catholic Church. He has been the 32nd Archbishop of Manila since December 12, 2011, and a cardinal since November 24, 2012. He also serves as President of Caritas International, a federation of Catholic relief, development and social service organizations, and of the Catholic Biblical Federation.

Philippines Cardinal Luis Tagle -- often cited as a possible successor to Pope Francis -- has called on Catholics to avoid looking to the pre-Second Vatican Council church with a sense of nostalgia, but to embrace and live out the council's sense of openness to the modern world.
The Grand Chapter in the Philippines have been offered the private chapel and residence of Cardinal Tagle for our investitures in June of this year. He will officiate on the investiture.
